yes. that's right. i free-handed Lucy...with a reference pic of course ^ ^;. i've been dying to draw her, and i finally got the chance to do it. well, that, and because i figured i'd draw somthing special for a friend who's birthday is tomorrow. she's into anime and stuff, including Elfen Lied so i think she'll get a real kick out of this when i give it to her tomorrow.

Well the proportions ar okay until you hit the abdomen, her legs are coming right out of her stomach, you need to have hips. Also her shoulders are too wide for a female.

Quite a nice drawing but I agree with Vousielle, her shoulders are a bit too big.

huh. i figured the shoulders were ok but yeah i knew there was something wrong in the lower body. guess the legs have to be placed a little lower. thanks for the critique. i'll keep this stuff in mind for the future ^ ^

Well, they are relatively minor problems, overall it is a good quality pic. Nothing that can't be done better next time.

yep. those hips be a worse problem than i originally thought. i shall indeed to continue to draw and better myself for the future. again, thank you all for critique and advice.
