seeing how as you don't even know the correct name of apples video editing software, it's a fair assumption that you dont really know shit about mac os x and didnt give it that much of a chance.
Um iVideo?
ummm ok, why would you even mention a shitty 3rd party add-on app.
It came bundled on the Macbook, that's why.
in your reasoning why you don't like mac os x?
I never said I didn't like Mac OS.
bringing up any 3rd part apps is really a horrible idea when telling why you don't like an OS.
And I never said I didn't like the OS. I'm saying I'm not impressed with the computer as a whole, which includes programs like Garageband, and the simple fact the computer is not faster than my PC laptop even though it's supposed to be.
garageband and imovie are both low-end apps meant to be used for simple "everyday" video/music creation.
And what are the high-end apps? Because you're doing a whole hell of a horrible job trying to defend Macs.
which is why they get shipped with them.
And which is why I say I'm not impressed with them when talking about the MacBook.
most average people would be able to utilize and figure out how to work them. so why would you expect high-end performance from them?
Mac fanboys always, always rave about the bundled software on Macs, including iVideo and Garageband. They always, always tout them as super-awesome, uber-functional programs, yet they are not in anyway better than the bundled/free software I used on my PC laptop.
of course, apple has it's own pro products, final cut and logic.
which do get used by most musicians and a few movie studios. they do cost a pretty penny
Yeah, and better programs that "cost a pretty penny" can be used on PCs, like Ulead MediaStudio, Edius, or Sony Vegas for video editing. Then there's the PC-compatible programs for music editing like
but it's not like you or I would actually pay for them if we actually had to use them.
And it's not like a PC user can't use equal or better programs. It's not like the simple fact that you think the Mac programs are better somehow makes the MacBook pro better.
i took a look at you videos on youtube to see how good you're video editing was. and it seems to me that its on the level in which iMovie could be used.
Ooh ouch, attack my video montages that took me minutes to make.
also, you dont even have any songs uploaded to the audio portal either. so why would garageband/iMovie sucking even be a concern to you? are you even a recording artist? whats the deal?
I've made music before, both in a real band and with computer programs. I'll admit that in the latter I'm not very good, so I don't feel the need to submit it to Newgrounds.
And you're probably just a disgruntled Mac user.
haha, what? nah, not really.
Nothing else can explain your wacky, defensive response.
Yet apparently you cared enough to post a retarded response.
oh god ok you caught me caring. you're just taking this shit far too seriously.
Actually, it's you who is taking this seriously considering you took the time to fiendishly search both my youtube channel and my (lack of) audio submissions to find some way of making the argument about me instead of the MacBook.
which i do i find hilarious.
What's hilarious is that first you say you don't care, and you said it AS you made a post that showed us all that you do in fact care. Then you say I'm the one who takes it too seriously, yet it's quite obvious by your crazy post that you're taking it quite seriously.
honestly, it just seems to me that you're just a narrow-minded individual, who hates "trendy" shit just because it's "trendy".
LOL i bought the fucking Macbook so I see what the hell people were saying about it. If I hated "trendy" shit just because it's "trendy", why would I have wasted money on a "trendy" product?
