There was cartoon that I watched on newgrounds over like a year ago or 2 ago, and it wasn't new then either but I cant seem to find it now. I dont now the name or the maker but it was about:

This blue man with a suit on and he was in a mall. He goes up the escalator then he gives some guy a huge ring. It freezes on the ring and it says its the: (i dont remember their name) family's ring. Then there is a huge shoot out with like 30 cops and this blue dude.

ANY HELP?!?!?!
