"My Account" > "Forum Signature". From there you can put the text you want, and the image you want. The image must not be bigger than 599 pixels wide or 50 pixels high, and has to be a .gif or .jpg (and no, there's no animated sigs allowed). If you have anymore quesions about sigs (or other NG stuff), ask one in the What is/How To section.

And you can also request sigs here.

click on the button that says "My Account" then look for "Account Configuration" then under that it should have "Forum Signature" and you change it from there
