This whole thing is just hilarious. Really. Her point is to defend the internet and net neutrality (basically it's alright to be a geek), and yet it's not okay to be a virgin? Give me a break.
I think it's more that it's her only way of showing support, I guess? Or a pun on 'virgin' as Virgin Mobile is the main perpetrator wanting to get rid of net neutrality.

Well, condoms don't really protect against STDs. The key is the virgins. However, she could get screwed over with a guy who says he's a virgin, but is really not = gets STDs = infects all virgins afterwards.
Outside of business...do you really think she only screws virgins? :P
Well if they are using latex condoms, they have most STI's covered. I don't think she would use lambskin because HIV is the most important virus to keep out. Other than that you've got chancroid, which is skin to skin via open sore. but is very curable. MCV is also skin to skin contact, but that doesn't have to be mucosal areas. Chlamydia is rare to get through condoms, and is also curable. Herpes and HPV are the ones she be most likely to get because they can be transmitted when open sores aren't visible. Syphilis is also mostly mucosal areas.
So in reality she should look out for MCV, herpes and HPV. Condom use prevents most of the rest.
As for the guys, guys have a luckier time with STDs (or at least HIV that I know for sure), because the uptake rate from a woman (or a bottom, if you're gay) to a man (or a top, if you're gay) is much less than the other way around.
