I was beginning to wonder where he had got to actually. Congratulations to him. Is there anything else, like what exactly he does? I'm pretty sure there are lots of different types of doctor, even in a general sort of thing. Good on him anyway.

When you change your email and don't confirm NG changes your rank to 0. So his account is unconfirmed.
That's why he doesn't visit, because he can't access his account.
