Pokemon-darkrai At Toys "r" Us

If you own Pokemon Diamond or Pokemon Pearl, this is your chance to get it.

According to official Pokemon Site, on May 31st and June 1st from noon to 4 PM they will be releasing Darkrai in Toys "R" Us stores.

It is unconfirmed whether they will be giving you the Membership Pass to catch Darkrai ingame, or if they will just hand you Darkrai.

Why would they do it right now? Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time AND darkness are coming out soon, so why the fuck now where I haven't touched my diamond in 3+ months?

Darkrai was one of the only 3 pokemans that I used my friend's Action Replay. And I don't regret that.

I'd HATE to be in Toys R Us, standing there with DS in tow, watching all the little children running around screaming DARKRAI! DARKRAI! DARKRAI!

Thats great a bunch of little kids standing in line for pokemon and then the old guys. The real winners are the original fans of the first game who were 7-8 years old when it came out and are now my age yet they're only a few of the people so the awkward feeling of being and 17-20 year old among a bunch of little kids and some old guys who like pokemon enough that it seems they're not affected by embarrassment at all. Ah the awkwardness of it all. lol

I'm pretty sure the 10th movie with Darkrai releases on DVD only a couple of days before the event. The 28th I think, so they're making the event on the weekend because of it.

People have been already been using Action Replay and other such devices to get rare pokeymans. Ain't nothin' new. THis is a chance for those of us how don't have a use for dishonorable cheat devices to gets our pokemon.

I've got a Japanese movie Darkrai, though I would like a proper one with a good nature/IVs so I would like to get a look in at this...if I lived in the US.
Though apparently the new Pokemon Ranger Battonage will let you get a Darkrai in it anyway, so I see this thing as being a tad pointless...
