Last time i ran a mile it took about 6 minutes. Thats not terribe but i wanna get better.

My fastest time was around 7 minutes and 40 seconds. But I know I can do better.

Around the upper end of 7min and lower end of 8 min.

I honestly have no idea. Haven't ran a mile in three years.

I think when I was in cross country, I could do a mile somewhere around 6:45; it's been a while since I've done a mile time trial though so I really have no idea how quickly I might be able to do it. During my normal run every day, my mile time is around 8 minutes, but that's my pace for running 3 1/2 miles.

Last time we did cross country I got 4:12.

Are you sure you aren't mixing up the mile and the 1500m? I could believe you got a 4:12 1500m if you were amazing.

Same here, I'm not sure what a Mile is converted from kilometres but in can do a kilometre in about 4 minutes.

1 mile = 1.609344 kilometers

I ran 2 miles today in about...20-25 minutes. I think it's preety good, since i haven't exercised alot in a while. It felt like nothing though.

About 30 seconds. It's amazing really.

Meh. If I really ran probably like 9 minutes. But I'm lazy and don't have a terribly large amount of stamina so I'd rather walk.

Yeah 1500m, isn't that a mile? Or close? We do 7 and a half laps of a 200m track.

Takes me 7 to 8 minutes.

Last time I timed it ran about 8 minutes, but it was cold and I coughed constantly. I'm 17. I'm on the track team and my 100 meter dash was like 13 seconds.
