Not much would really happen.

Sure for a few weeks it would be odd and nothing would be different.

But then we would have some new found thing come up from where Emo died and rise to become the next big thing that everyone wants to be and the people who don't want to be it will hate it and use the name of it to hurt people.

But to be fair...i dont think it would change anything.
