Do this for a few minutes and I can guarantee that you will feel something, it takes about 2 minutes

yank the closest object on your desk over to you and hold your hand over it, the flat of your palm
over it.
Use your free hand to touch the desk and then your nose.

Feel free to do this in any order. But now this is where it gets interesting.
Enlarge the fingers of your hand over the object and close them again to make a fist, but don't force it,
enough just to be comfortable, keep on doing this at a steady pace and don't stop until further notice.
lift the hand that is free, (or on your nose) into the air and point your index finger to the ceiling.

Soon you should be able to feel a slight prickly feeling in the tips of your fingers that are over the
thing you have chosen from your desk. Follow this instruction carefully.
Use your feet to lightly pat the floor under your desk and when you are doing this be sure to
place the hand that was over the object, on the desk and leave it to do nothing for a second or two.
I would like to remind you that your hand should still be pointing at the ceiling. but please...

oh, but try this: put your head between your knees while sitting, breathe in and out really hard and fast, then after about a minute, stand up real quick, take a sharp breath in and hold it, cross your arms over your chest, and have someone apply a good amount of pressure on your crossed arms while your back is to the wall.
