Moving avatars made in flash

Hi, I have been making some moving avatars with flash that I can use on MSN. The wierd thing is, some people can see them but some people can't. They are .gif files and only last a few seconds. Is it the pcs they are using or something to do with the way I've saved them?

Well, to be frank, that avatar kind of sucked.

But anyway, to the point. I don't know if you're talking about emoticons or your display picture, but emotes sometimes don't show if they haven't loaded. If you right click on a blank space where an emote should be, there should be a square marking the boundary of the GIF.
