Coffee is a ritual for me. I drink 2 to 3 cups a day. I used to go for Starbucks and the like, but one of my buddies just opened his own shop and roasts his own. Lighthouse Coffee in El Paso, TX. I buy his stuff as fresh as I can in 1pound bags. His coffee definitely has a smoother finish to it.

I drink mine black with a touch of sweetener, but even that is not necessary all the time. I use a drip, but prefer the french press. I don't know why, but the press is way better. I've got an esspresso machine when I feel like putting a little effort into it, too.

On the road, I still prefer Starbucks cappaccionos, although their latest salvo against the war and the soldiers fighting it has really turned me off to the whole corporation.

Hazelnut is delicious.

Coffee flavor? Hmm.. Any flavor would do esp Mocha!

Yup- Mocha for me, too. I don't know how to make it though- so I always have to go to this book store because star bucks is on the other side of town. They actually make it quite well.

Just a simple plain nice sweet warm coffee. I hated brewed coffee very much.

Does Starbucks Frappucino count? If it does then Vanilla.

Just thought I'd bump this. I was about to remake it, but then I remembered an old post of mine.

Things have certainly changed. I'm now drinking Organic Mexican coffee from a local coffee shop. All their coffee is organic, and Free Trade Certified. I don't really care about all that bullshit associated with it, I just love their coffee.

This is a medium-light roast as well. When I buy a 1lb bag, I freeze it, and make a pot the next morning. I keep my coffee frozen to keep in the flavor.

I've been drinking this coffee black for months now, and upwards of 10 cups at a time.

The trick to making good ice coffee is to make it extra strong when you brew it. This will ensure that the ice coffee won't taste weak when the ice starts melting. Also let it cool down a bit before you mix in the sugar but not to much or the sugar won't melt into the coffee and you'll get sugar granules at the bottom of your cup. Then mix in some milk and get out a seperate cup and fill it with ice. Pour coffee mixture over ice and voila you have ice coffee.

Starbucks recently closed all of their stores in my city, which really sucks. Yes, i like starbucks (CONSUMER WHORE LOLOLOLOL) But i have to admit they had seemed to go down the shitter a bit. This one time i was in there and some homeless guy was having diahrea all over the place and just walking around as if he hadnt noticed anything unusual about it.

I am quite partial to a good ol' mocha with a dash of vanilla syrup.

I like just any kind of coffee as long as it has a shitload of sugar and cream

I really enjoy coffee myself but lately I have had to be careful. I have been a bit more tense the last few weeks and I noticed if I am tense and drink coffee to wake up I almost have a panicky feeling. It helps to definitely eat something with morning coffee.

Anyways, I love stronger coffee when I just drink straight coffee. Black with nothing added. Other than that I enjoy the occasional iced mocha's and if it is really cold I'll have a hot mocha. Usually a tall 2 shots no added flavors.
