NeillS and blah569 are creating a website called Guitar Mammoth (still under construction), featuring articles to keep you up to date, guitar tabs, an awesome community, and free and paid videos all about guitar tips and tricks. They already have a professional editor creating the intro/credit clips, but they're missing an important thing - theme music. That's where you come in!

Here's some specifications:
- There are three different tracks: intro, outro, and a loop for background music.
- It has to be guitar-based, like rock or metal. Something energetic and catchy, of course.
- The intro and outro should be around 30 seconds long, while the loop can be long enough to loop properly.
- No lyrics

Rule for submitting:
- The deadline is June 3rd 2008 - you have about a month and a half to work on this. Make it awesome!
- Do NOT post your submissions here. Email them [e-mail]
- If he picks your entry, then it will be exclusive to Guitar Mammoth. Don't upload it anywhere else unless you aren't chosen. :)
- There are more details on NeillS's newspost.

But I don't see why people can't post samples of their stuff somewhere for the other contestants to listen to. Why not put it on a site where you can't download the mp3?

This sounds really cool, two questions though, first are bass track acceptable? Second What's with the web page, alot of it is in a different language, and if you try to navigate anywhere it gives you a page not found.

Do you mean only bass? What exactly do you mean by "bass tracks?"

Also, that is not the current version of the site. The current version we are working on is located somewhere else. And that language you are seeing is "Lorem Ipsum," or simply dummy text.
