Well, I don't know what your definition of "shitty" is, but as for MSPaint sigs, only a small fraction are made with MSPaint that look like horror mixed with liquid "NOOOOOO".

You don't need fancy lights and doodads on your sig when you have Anthony Bourdain in it.

His greatness doesn't need special effects to improve upon it. It's already incomparable.

My sig is useless without animation. Look at it sitting there, all the colours staying still. FUCK THAT.

My Sig is the only good one on Newgrounds.

They all went away with the harsh restrictments because of the new NG.

This Galaxy End signature looks pretty awesome. I used to have it but the site is pretty dead and I'm not really into sci-fi, so now I retreated into advertising into another site I love, but the sig sucks.

I ran a basic Photoshop filter. Awesome, right?

Well I tried to make mine look nice. I like it alright, its definitely the best one I've made so far.

I edited his original several times so i have one for each season :D

Alright, I'm guilty. My sig I'm using now was made with MS Paint.

I am still sad about this.

Errr....anyways... those overfiltered sigs aren't even that great, really. Maybe they're just out of fashion, you know? Trends come and go, sigs have spells of boringness, like everything else. I think the sigs reflect the quality of the posts. The same person usually made and designed them so if "all the nice sigs" are gone, maybe that means that the post quality is decreasing. just a thought.
