Alright, now that is just personal opinion.
It's still valid.
It could've but then the creators would have lost that whole plot twist. And you know how they love thier plot twists.
Like I said, at least some fore shadows would've made it all the more while.
You know the kinds of foreshadows I mean, you don't notice them the first time you watch the show but if you rewatch the show you say to yourself "Damn, it was so obvious about that twist! I must be an idiot for not noticing this orignally!"
Well if you want some foreshadowing how's about looking at Lelouch's eyes again, as he's talking to CC at the end of the episode. Notice anything missing?
Mabye it's his geass restrainning lense?
Seriously though I can understand where you're coming from. With no forshadowing everthing they show seems like it comes out of fucking no where, and can seem plain old sillly.
It's like Lost only it's an anime and and Lost contains 10 times more WTF moments.
And now her coming back with the huge weapon that basically imploded miles of land and will "Change warfare" forever?
The first nucular bomb.
I could tell what they work working on in season 2 from the start though...I mean you can tell from the design of that research factory that it includes splitting adams and cucular testing.
Okay i'll give you that. But it works for them (sorta) so i am not complaining.
First off, Sayoko=My favorite character. Its a ninja maid. I cannot possibly think of something to not like about that.
I'm not saying it's bad, it's just that it was soooooooo out of the blue it was like they created it just so they could have a fight sequence in episode 13.
So what? You want more wacky plot twists? Just because it is a very plot heavy anime doesn't mean that some things can't just happen.
Okay. Point for you. But who knows. Maybe them not showing it will have plot significance later on in the show? Maybe not?
I don't see how.
Unless it really was some unknown 3rd party(Or indivual) who killed her and he/she/they black mailed rolo or something? Doubt it, though.
Right. But eventually the killer would have to be revealed so you're just begging them to throw in more wackyness.
I wouldn't call that wacky.
I'd call that suspense, I would call wacky those bizarre C.C devolpment moments where everything goes all white and whatnot.
And Suzaku would no longer be a cunt who everybody hates if he was the one who killed shirley.
I think they have a pretty good idea as to where they want to go, and are just filling in the blanks until they reach that point. It doesn't seem that rushed for me. I think they are defnitely working towards something.
You and I have a different view on it, but that doesn't make either of our opinions any more or any less valid.
How? Instead of starting to split hairs over why thinking that someone else shot her was wrong i just accepted that you thought that, and kept believing what I had thought in the first place? No seriously. Tell me how.
It's soo obvious it's boring.
It was basically the same as in death note if L or light plans something and they tell us it immediatly after in the next minute so their isn't any suspense or mystery.
Possibly. Then again shit like that is expensive. How much do you think it costs to maintain a cyborg army? Also i'm sure charles doesn't want that many deadly warriors with the ability to counter his greatest power walking around. Of course this is all speculation.
I think the geass canceller was an attachment exclusive to Jeremiah.
But their still should've been SOME defense in the place.
I really dont see how. He didn't seem to have much plot significance to me. So him being killed that easily and that quickly didn't phase me at all.
Well on his dying breath he was talking about clovis and him catching C.C and all that, meaning he was a part too all that i'm really curious as to how.
He also saved Schneizel's ass once apparently, another thing i'm curious about.
Trying saying that 20 times wicked fast.
Mhm. More forshadowing.
Which is a plus for the show in my opinion.
Didn't he already? The whole "how many people have i killed? I dont know, How many times have you brushed your teeth?" thing? Where they show him when he was little.
That was like a one minute scene, barely anything signafficant.
It's that heart locket he caries around with him that goes unexplainned that keeps his character alive and a flash back episode assured.
You've never heard of Haruhi S.?
How are you a memeber of the /A/, that's like one of the most known animes out there!
Right. I do think he's going to get at least one of them with the geass. But the whole nine knights thing, i hope they dont drag it on TOO long. They're probably going to develop a few of them at teh same time.
I hope it doesn't turn into a bleach/naruto like thing "LOL 3 EPISODES JUST TO SHOW A FIGHT WITH #11 AND KALLEN TOTALLY GOT HER ASS HANDED TO HER AGAINEST #6, LET ALONE WHAT WILL AHPPEN IF SHE GOES UP AGAINEST #1. HUR HUR"
Right. Feild of bodies and such.
I think the producers have forgotten they haven't explained the two main characters well.
They are already starting to explain the main bad guy in the show, before the main characters are finished with their past-explainning.
That is a bad formula in most animes.
God i hope they dont think it can last forever. I'm going to need closure. Especially with this anime.
Heres hoping for three seasons.....two seasons is too little as 4+ just seems unneeded.
And proud of it. :P
SHOUT IT LOUD AND CLEAR. :D
Right. Its probably some secret thing about C.C's origin's and that giant weapon. You know in the opening how they always show the two giant planets touching? Yeah. THat has to be important.
I've always thought of that as some sort of symbolism and never as anything signafficant.
Well in the newest opening
also they wouldn't let him go without him doing the "Blah blah. Kallen's brother blah blah I love chigusa....blah blah *dead*" thing.
What are you talking about?
Remeber senpa, the guy with the weird thing on his head? He died a pathetic death, he barely got to say "I wanted to see japan get liberated first" before dying.
They never even mention him again or anything.
Same thing with Ghuel from season 1.
I just hope it doesn't end with "Black knights rebel against lelouch, and he wins them back." that would be very boring. I dont think he'll lose his memories. Remember charles can't do that anymore. But he is immortal.
I have a feeling Lelouch is going to fulfill his goal of eliminating the entire royal family and finiding out what happens to his mother.
He takes over the world and becomes careless.
Suzaku manages to kill lelouch for being an evil bastard saying he's changing thw world from within.
Some unknown, good 3rd party takes over.
