best show ever. its crazy how they make it seem intense by just writing a name down. The best was light/L. Season 2 was cool 2 to see how it concludes but the whole mind games roxxed

I jest, yeah, I saw it when they were still subbing the episodes fresh out of Japanada, and it was ok. Off course, not as great as some would have it, but it's a decent anime, and a fun story. And it got my anime habit started.

I can name one, Welcome To The NHK. Because hardly anyone knows it, and it's great. Some off-model animation here and therea t times, but generally, it got great animation, and aside the few more anvilicious scenes, the plots pretty good too.
Read all the manga, but I haven't finished the anime. It's pretty much the same though.

Read the mango, saw the animu, was not impressed.
The artwork was impressive and I dug the voice acting (in the Japanese version), but the story got dull when you realized it was just endless back-and-forth with absolutely no progress whatsoever until the ending.
If it was told from the investigation team's view, I probably would have found it fascinating, but always knowing what both the killer and the cops are thinking removes all the tension and suspense.
Soichiro Yagami was the most awesome character, by far.

Don't, it gets so boring after not long.
It's cool for about like 10 epidoes but then it just drags on and on and on plus it's clear it should have ended after 26 episodes but then they made another season and it's BORING.
