Your neither. Your in if your part is good enough. If you read one of the posts, it says, everyone will just vote if its good enough or somethign similar.

The characters didn't move at all... A little movement and flailing would be nice.

if you want to improve, why not have the balloons actualy pop?

I did improve my part but then flash crashed on me so Ill have to di that part again. Oh well, It was only about 1/3 an hours work.

Okay, Ive managed to fix up my part- it looks allot better now. Is this ok as it is or should I still work on it (if so, how can I improve/what else shall I add)

Here's an even more improved version. The flames don't go ontop of the people and the balloon strings fall down.

Well that is better but still... it wouldbe got into the last one but this one, I highly doubt it.

Plus yeah, I'm starting to be unsure whether or not this part should be let in. Depends on the quality of the other parts. We want this collab to be more awesome than the previous two.

Ok, I'll try and work on that. It might be kinda hard, as it was made in fireworks. I might try and improve the moveiment aswell so its more realistic.

Just because his names stickmanslicerguy it dosent mean his parts going to involve sticks. Anyway, I am still working on my part and hand animated all the people moving now and it looks a bit better... not enough to re-post though. I am working on those facial expresions aswell.
