Pft. Deserving it means nothing. There are franchises that have yet to win a modern Stanley Cup. Like Ottawa.
Even though I support them, they've been having serious problems, dropping from first to seventh in like two months. Their round against Pittsburgh is gonna be deadly for both teams considering Ottawa handled them like a toy last year. The Penguins are probably gonna be out for blood.

Probably not going to happen. Like Warrickneff said, just remember how easily they got thrown out of the Playoffs last year by the Senators... I still believe Montreal has better chances than the Penguins to win this year, at least to get in Finals.

Ideally, I'd like to see a Canadian team win the Cup. Only because I'm Canadian. A good final would be Calgary/San Jose, but that's impossible.

Naslund is going to be traded, I hope. We need better offensive players that can shoot pucks into the net. Lets hope the GM does something good... I not sure about Luongo but I think one more chance is good. Lets hope for the best... next season.

As much as I hate to say this, I have to. San Jose deserves to fucking lose after tonight's implosion. I knew once they were matched up with Calgary that they were in trouble. Calgary matches up with them well physically, making San Jose have to earn every inch. I just have this fear that Calgary will win, ultimately making the season a complele failure and costing Ron WIlson his job as coach.

It's certainly worth considering.
Also Joe Thornton and Campbell look like absolute garbage. Patty and the Grier line are the only bright spots for the sharks.
