usually the face isnt so flat. the forehead slats backwards to the hair line. the nose doesnt have to be all the way off the face, the chambers are sort of on the face in real life. the lips need to poke out. so does te chin

The nose is a tad too big, the eyes come to too sharp of a point, and the hair is too big.
