Either way I shortend it down, I think I may have King Prawns or Chicken with the meal, but then I saw "Char Siu" rougly meaning roast pork, sounds good though.

So I have a choice out of those 3, maybe the pork.

Then to go with it, many things like sauces and pinnaple sides etc. but then I saw something. "with bamboo shoot and water chestnuts" I feel like I just have to try it.

Hopefully this will be a different yet highly tasty dish.

The bamboo shoot and water chestnuts options tend to be totally bland. Stir Fry with a cheapo gravy. It wont excite the palate.

Get the Spare Ribs, they are done in a char sui sauce which is full of win. Crispy Peking Duck and pancakes ftw.

Hmm spare ribs are only as starters and not the main course so there will be less of them, oh well I haven't been eating much lately and so it should be good for me, also they do taste very nice.
