I think that this plan needs more lifting. For every post, i will do my crunches and throw in 25 lifts of my 12 pound dumbells.

I actually have to do a little more then 500 crunches at the end of the night... a couple more now since I wrote this last post for the night, but every 50 I do I also do 20 curls with my 50 pounds dumbbells then 20 behind my head to work my triceps. I get so many crunches because I don't do the pushups. I switch between doing curls and triceps to doing squats with the dumbbells.

The reason I didn't add stuff like this in was because I wanted to make it so any newgrounds user could do it, but you actually gave me a good idea. I'm going to make a workout that involves dumbbells for people that do have them. Thank you my friend.

Added some actually weight lifting in there that was suggested by a user. The only requirements for the lifting part would be dumbbells of your own chosen weight.

Okay now... I just went ahead and printed out the intermediate workout and have it sitting right next to my monitor so I will use it. This is a great idea and I will definitely be checking back often to see the new updates.

I'm happy you like it. I happen to have about 5 more updates that I can think of. I will try to get at least one every week.

And you know what? I never even thought about printing them out. I'm going to print all three of them out when I think I have all the updates done so I can have an easier way of keeping track.
