After a week of use.

Weight - 200 pounds
Body fat - 10.5 percent

It hasn't changed since last week. I'm guessing that is because I haven't been doing my regular workouts along with it just because of having to study for exams.

That wont put muscle on, after a while doing push ups becomes more about endurance than muscle anyway. And that will only help the fatties who want to lose their stomach or who dont leave the house.

If you want to put muslce on, lift weights and eat like a bitch. Also, 10 push ups wont do much unless you post about 10 times per day, which really is a stupid amount, right?

No, I do have use of this thread.
I'm looking to improve my NG workout plan.
Right now it's 15 pushups per post, 20 situps per flash review, 30 pushups per userpage comment.
Anything else I should add? O.o

I do not see how this gains muscle. It is exercise, yes. But you do not gain lots of muscle from doing crunches (abs, its more a weight loss/six pack exercise-cardio) or push ups (it will build a bit of strength and may do a bit of good, but after a while you overgrow it and its just an endurance exercise.

And air squats? Wtf? Youre squatting with AIR. With weight, yes it will build muscle. But anyone can do 500 air squats and it wont do shit, because you have nothing to fight against except fucking air.

Also, side planks is a woman's exercise, I do not even see how that is an exercise, let alone one that has a purpose. :P

I never questioned the fact that crunches and press ups dont help you trim up, theyre more cardio anyway, but as you claimed they put on muslce mass, I attacked that claim. And Im not a newgrounder, lol I dont pretend to have knowledge about something I have no clue about. This is one of the few things I can write a full blown essay about though :P

And if people alreaady worked out, this wouldnt be necessary, cus for cardio just a half hour jog on the treadmill or summit is way more effective.
