I do not see how this gains muscle. It is exercise, yes. But you do not gain lots of muscle from doing crunches (abs, its more a weight loss/six pack exercise-cardio) or push ups (it will build a bit of strength and may do a bit of good, but after a while you overgrow it and its just an endurance exercise.
And air squats? Wtf? Youre squatting with AIR. With weight, yes it will build muscle. But anyone can do 500 air squats and it wont do shit, because you have nothing to fight against except fucking air.
Also, side planks is a woman's exercise, I do not even see how that is an exercise, let alone one that has a purpose. :P
