Looking for a good guitarist...

So here's the deal. I've got this song called Loud Whispers that I've worked off and on with for the last few months. The truth is that I'm no wizard with the guitar. I'm still learning a whoooole lot.

My problem is this... this song needs finished and I've got zero time right now to get better with the guitar to do what I want. So, here's what I need:

I need someone who knows what the hell they're doing. Someone who can take an MP3 and lay a guitar track over it without it sounding like poo-poo and without it overpowering the song.

Obviously you'll be given credit for laying the guitar track on there.

Here's My shitty guitar version:

Hmm, I thought your guitar version sounded pretty decent actually. It seemed to go quite well with the tune. It's always fun to play on other peoples tracks, so I'll give it a shot.

Holy shit... Dude, I love that Sweet reverb solo. Sounds pretty damn cool.

I want to hear some other submissions as well, but that's a great start. Honestly, work with it more. Damn do I like it, but I feel that the solo should wait until :32 to start. from 0"27 to -:32, leave the song with just the choir then start the solo when the beat kicks in.

actually i'm a trumpet player (for real...)
guitar is just a hoby, but i got a new (3 monts ago, but still new...) guitar and i am preety excited about, so, i started practicing :D
anyway, tomorrow i'll go from town and after i'll come i have A LOT of work
i guess for now i'll let it like this and later i can send you guitars and you'll put those where you feel like

The plan is to release a pack once all submissions are in. I've got a few friends that are trying their hand at it too. However, I'm thinking you may need to do some guitar for me in the future regardless =)

Just a quick note to say it will probably take a week for me to come up with something decent. Honestly, I'm afraid of just ruining the tune with whatever I put onto it, but I do know that if I try hard enough, something decent will come of it.

I like the rhythm that you kept through the song. The lead was pretty damn cool too.

Like with Sorohanro, you should wait until after the choir finishes and the beat starts before you jump in. It gives each instrument its chance to shine.

Pretty awesome though. If you want, which I would like you to, fix it up until you're happy and I'll toss it into the downloadable pack I'll release on my webpage.

Niiiice. I like the solo still a lot. Is there any way you can layer guitar on top of this version? The rhythm goes on a little too long without any melody to compliment it.
