My school fucking sucks!

I know I sound like a typical little bitchy teenager when I say that, but I have a real reason to say that now.

And if you go through all my posts, you'll see that everytime I do bitch about my school, it's about the teachers, but this is beyond retarded.

The other day, so COMPLETE IDIOT "agreed" to have his phone basically hacked by our school. They found out that over the course of a 2 week period, he was reported to have sent over 394 text messages durning school.

Why does this matter? Well, insted of approaching this from a logical stand point and just saying "Hey, if we catch you texting, we take up your phone and you get it back at the end of the day" and then just letting it be my school goes the complete BACKWARD-ASS, bat shit crazy way and go "If we catch you texting we'll:

Take up your phone.
Give you a $25 fine.
You don't get your phone back for 2 weeks.
You lose your either your parking permit, or get a week of ISS and Detention or a combonation of the two.
And the list goes on!

I shit you not guys.

I would go into detail of how I feel about this bullshit (more so than what I already have), but is midnight and I'm tired as shit

I'll agree we do it far too much, but thats not the issuse at hand. The issuse is the cruel and unusual punisment for just getting caught with a phone.

We have teachers who actually will go through some of our phones and get in our conversations. Once a girl I knew lost her boyfriend of 2 years because our principle was useing her phone to text him a bunch of bullshit. She sued, but the fucking jews the school hired were from Jewpiter or something because nothing was fucking done to stop this bullshit.

Well i dont get what the kids at your school dont understand about it. They tell you not to text, so dont text. the school fuckin teaches them and gives them a place to go during the day, so the least they can do is follow some simple rules. fucking kids..

I go to a very small school and I know just about everyone and everyone I know just texts the person across the room when they're done with all of our works and lessons. And this is a country high school. Not a big city, not a suburban like school, a fucking school where you see tractors in the parking lot.

I remember back in my day text messaging wasn't as common. Perhaps to do with how old phones had little memory to store text messages.

You should probably check with your local congressman/woman about this. It sounds like a huge violation of personal property and school income regulations.

If your school is government-owned (public) then i'm pretty sure they cannot "charge" you as a punishment, but I could be wrong.

I don't think that is being harsh, for a start he agreed to it and 394 texts in a two week period is a lot of texting, it's a ridiculous amount. He's wasting their time by doing this, and some people don't learn unless drastic measures are taken, school is time for you to learn not use your phone. I never use my phone at school, I actually pay attention in class. If you get caught with a phone at my school you get a detention and you won't get it back until a parent signs for it but some kids just don't learn.

My mobile was stolen when I left it unattended in the library for about 5 minutes (why thank you public schools), nonetheless I've gotten by fine without the need to text.

Btw, ageism. In todays culture, older people simpily blame younger for problems and say theyre in a bad time. Do somthing about it. If we were in a better place, had things to do, or more intresting teachers, none of these problems would exist.
