Yes, I do. I try to watch every flash that is submitted (if I'm not sick, busy, or playing Nintendo) and just yesterday Bahamut submitted a flash for someone else's birthday (can't remember who) and then he submits another birthday flash today!

All you said (without word extenders and unneeded information) is

Well,I wouldnt really consider that abusive.
But other people would.
Probably a small amount of abuse there.
The reason is,you need to give help to the author,and tell him how to improve.
And explain how it sucked(CHECKMATE!).
More time spent isnt really...well isnt really anything.I mean,everyone knows that more time=better flash.

It might just be me, but that seems A THOUSAND TIMES WORSE!

People can't understand reviews with anything lower than 5/10 they jump to thinking its bad and flag it even if it's a great review.

Seriously people think they're sooo cool, but hate anything that thinks not.
