Depends on age and the look on his face when he draws them. If it's a longing look, then yeah, he'll probably be gay. But if it's not, it's just something guys seem to do. Like drawing boobs all over the place. It's the akward part of growing up. It's also a reflection on the insecurity of the person in question about their own twig and berries. Lots of reasons. But watch the look on the face; that's the important part.
