Please....just please dont use that preloader, i beg of you! Other than that, seems you've grasped the basics of flash ok, but still keep working for at least 2 more months before you submit anything to the portal. The fruit scene thing above me is ok but I think you could refine it some more. (Seeing it is art, I would add super saturation to the colors).
