It looks like the ones that were included were banned. Or... Half banned?
Well, Pokemon Stadium is permissible for some reason...

Not only that, but you have to be more aware of random explosives, catch and dodge items, and counter hammers and golden hammers with your own arsenal, or just dodge and run well. There's always a way to turn the opponent's weapon against them, so why don't they bother doing that?At 4/5/08 01:17 PM, AshfordPride wrote:Oh boy all the flat, dull stages. 5/41 stages permissible. Wow guys.
I personally enjoy playing on Big Blue or just have a bunch of Smart Bombs and Bomb-ombs on high.
Because tourneytards are afraid of the proverbial "explosiveappearingrightinfrontofmeasipu lloffanattackandiwontbeabletostopitandth enoobwillwinBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW".

It looks like most of them are counterpicks. Counterpicks mean they're still playable during a tournament, but not during the first round. The only ones I see banned are Hyrule Temple, Onett, and Rainbow Ride.

So yeah, they first start out with a neutral stage (nothing crazy on it, usually just flat or some sort)
and then the loser of the first round gets to pick a counterpick.

I meant like the ones that are half one color and half the other. The Fountain of Dreams is half red and half green... I know there's some slow down there, but I don't get what the half color coding is all about.
Two plus two equals.... Ten.

Oh, that means one is okay for 1-on-1 and the other isn't for 2-on-2.
Wait, are we talking about the stages they included in Brawl or all of them in general?

Oooooh, alright. Yeah, that sent me for a loop. Thanks for clearing that up.

As good as I am at StreetFighter I would never belittle someone for playing the way they want to play. Also, in high level streetfighter play there is no. No Hadoken/Shoryuken rule that everyone gets up and arms about if someone uses.
This is why I hate playing with people who take smash so seriously. Its like I like the items and the craziness thats what makes smash smash.
