Is that MS Paint? Try making it more oval than round if your going for realism but a circle is good for cartoony stuff.

thnx and i dont have microsoft i have ubuntu so i use a program called krita it a bit better than paint

As someone previously stated make it more oval. And the light mark should be more natural, and inside the pupil. Don't do stiff lines, try drawing with paper and pencil, not a computer program at first. You might want to get a tablet if you want to draw on a computer program.

seriously, if you want to give somebody tips. at least use some sort of medium that does help. for instance;

eyelids go inward.
eyelids aren't supposed to be of a darker tone then the rest of the skin.
iris and the pupil are oval.
eye itself have more length then broad.

eyes usually express one's emotion and characteristics, hence the term "the eyes are a window to one's soul" so we should really be posting some actual portraits instead of just eyes.

notice the eye shape and think about the type of person this lady is.

(it came out pretty bad i know, but hey i was young...well younger)

Step 1. Looks at eyes(hopfully you have two)
Step 2. Draw a lot of eyes
Step 3. Draw more eyes

use a reference and remember what eyes are, which is spheres underneath... other stuff

most people find drawing people hard because we have preconceptions about what faces (including eyes) look like
therefore, you just have to draw eyes exactly as you see them, look closely at every detail.

Eyeballs are round, draw a circle with another circle inside, and then another inside of that. Then add the eyelids over in a realistic shape, and erase the any parts covered by the eyelids.
