The bigger they are, the more they can give, is more better tasty? I don't know. Also I was reminded of a picture you draw a while back, Octopus... Yeah, seafood... mmhhhhh ;-)
Anyway, prawns are good when they are larger, because you can do more with them. The only problem is that for guests you have to spend the time cleaning them internally first (Prawns have a distinctive, not sure how to phrase it, 'crap line' in their back that you really should clean out.)
But anyway, once cleaned, BBQ'd and sauced up, they really are great. Got to be careful not to make them too tough, if you freeze them at home you need to get them out plenty of hours before guests.
Anyway, Sushii... I like, but I actually prefer Sashami, the raw fish on it's own. I think that the rice and seaweed wrap can sometimes over do it...
I'm not really a fan of Lobster, although I do like crab.
