Well, you really can't. It's a real guitar. You can probably EQ it similar, with some sort of low mids and high treble and bass on the distortion. A synth guitar can't really get the sound a real guitar can achieve.
The drums, just organize them in whichever style is similar to that. It sounds like pounding on the double bass and some quick drum fills every once in awhile. Just get creative with it.
If you go to Channels - Add one - FL Slayer you can get a decent guitar noise. But it won't sound like that. For drums, download a soundfont.
