I have somewhat of a minor issue with some of my downloadable content.

You see, I'm on my second 360 now, and I bought some of the content on my first machine and first hard drive. After I got my second 360 and recovered my account, I was able to download everything again no charge.

Now here's the problem. The only time I can play those songs is when I'm connected to XBox Live. Whenever I try playing them offline, it says the song data is unavailable. Is there something I can do to get these songs to play online as well as offline, or is it just inevitable that I can only play these songs online?

Yes, you can even hear some microphone muffling near the end.

I just think it's a pretty poorly written song.

This was the emo music of 2000, lmao.

It's harder for some people though, so I wasn't assuming everyone was at the skill level enough to properly tremolo pick songs like visions without trouble.

Nah it's a pretty simple song even for beginners because of the simple riffs. Outro A took me a couple of times to get but I've got 100% on this song now.

You can transfer over the Content License to your new console, you can only do this once a year though.

We may be getting the studio recording of Last Resort after all. A member of HMX posted this:

Some of you have expressed concern over the version of Papa Roach's Last Resort released this week as Rock Band DLC. We are looking into this and will update you as soon as we have more information.

No love for Pick Up The Pieces? One of the best instrumentals ever made, and you all ignore it. Goddamn you queerbaits.

We're not Rock Band forums, we just discuss upcoming DLC, go there if you want Pick Up The Pieces praise, which actually was very boring in Rock Band on every single instrument especially Vocals where you just sit there tapping a tambourine all the way through.

Guitar is the same boring rhythm over and over again (worse in James Brown), drums is the same beats over and over again and I think you can guess the Bass..

It's a decent song, but it's stupid as fuck in Rock Band.

I assume you plan on buying one of the new deluxe versions of the album also.

Unless you guys have $200 to spare, then sure. But whats the point when they're releasing all 13 master tracks on RB next Tuesday?

I remember this song being a lot of fun to play in Guitar Hero III, so I'll definatly download it when it comes out on Tuesday, assuming that the Wii is getting all of these songs the same day as the Xbox 360 and PS3.

I just realized I did a personal pun here because people have been waiting for Janes Addiction's album "Nothing Shocking" for quite some time now. :3

Only two more announced albums to go now, that and Chinese Democracy.

Wonder what else HMX has under their sleeves, hopefully another Metal album or some MSI (hopes are too high here).

Oh god yes!

There was a rumour that the Madden 09 soundtrack would be downloadable for awhile, which had Never Wanted To Dance on it, but obviously that rumour wasn't true.

Anyway, if Harmonix ever did release MSI DLC, I would buy every single song they released. In case you couldn't already tell, I'm a HUGE MSI fan.

OH SHIT! I'm gonna be spending ALOT of cash next week between this and the pitt. (Unless i use prizerebel for a 1600 point card for ten, and then spend my cash on the pitt, which is probably whats going to happen.)

Same boat as you, bud. Same boat as you.

As for picking up some downloadable content, I'm going to be getting about $1700 back from tax returns next week. I'll probably kick back $150-200 back on Microsoft Points. Looks like I'm going to be picking up a lot of tracks here soon enough. I just don't know how to spend them. I'll probably get the Pearl Jam and Stevie Ray Vaughan albums for sure.

I just don't know what else to get. I know for a fact I'll be downloading "New" by No Doubt and the two White Zombie songs. Any other suggestions? I'll let you know what I already have and don't have as songs get listed off for suggestions.

Hmm, yeah that would be great.

I personally like the entire No Doubt album (you already have that right? seeing as though you're only get New) - yeah go with the White Zombie tracks and get the Rob Zombie one too if you can.

Country pack is good aswell (but if you don't like insanely hard Guitar songs then exclude Sin Wagon from your purchase). Doolittle, The Colour and Shape and Blood Sugar Sex Magik albums? Foo Fighters pack?

Ah man the list is endless.

My dad only wants a few songs off Ten. (The Singles, I think.) but I want to get the entire album. He says it sucks. I don't want to make a mistake like I did with Blood Sugar Sex Magik.

Well, I did already download the No Doubt album, as well as the one by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. i will consider downloading the Foo Fighters album too. The one thing I said I would never do is download any of the country material. I'll probably hold that stance for a while.

Maybe I'll go back and download some of the stuff by The Who and Grateful Dead. I'll probably end up downloading those two 30 Seconds to Mars singles too. I really took a liking to "The Kill" after I heard it on GH: World Tour.

I guess I'll just have to list off the things I download once I finally do so.

Wii DLC - 03/24/09

The Who - Amazing Journey
The Who - Behind Blue Eyes
The Who - Eminence Front
The Who - Going Mobile
The Who - Leaving Here
The Who - Real Good Looking Boy
The Who - Sea and Sand
The Who - Who Are You
The Offspring - All I Want
The Offspring - The Kids Aren't Alright
R.E.M. - Losing My Religion
Richard Thompson - The Way That It Shows

Damn, I thought that we were going to get the Pearl Jam album, but all we got instead was a bunch of old songs. Anyway, are there any songs on here that you think are worth buying?

They really need to come out with a Men at Work track pack like. . . soon.

"Land Down Under"
"Who Can it Be Now?"
"Overkill"

There. A new track pack is born! I know there's somewhere to suggest that, but I can't seem to remember where. Is there somewhere on the Rock Band website where I could make that suggestion?

Oh yes get both 30 Seconds to Mars songs, they're both really good for playing Guitar/Drums/Vocals. Also completing The Who and Grateful Dead collections would be wise and the Foo Fighters album is a real gem to be honest. It's got a bunch of great songs on there that no one even knows about because it wasn't exactly a popular album for them.

If you havn't got Pearl Jam yet, I suggest getting it. All songs are awesome.

Well I did stumble into a few extra bucks over the weekend when I won at a poker home game. I ended up finally exporting the Rock Band 1 songs over to Rock Band 2. Here's what else I downloaded:

Jimmy Eat World Track Pack
Nine Inch Nails Track Pack 1
Thin Lizzy Track Pack
"New" by No Doubt
"Rio" and "Girls on Film" by Duran Duran
"Attack" and "The Kill" by 30 Seconds to Mars
"Zero" by Smashing Pumpkins
"Sex Type Thing" by Stone Temple Pilots
"Afterlife" and "Critical Acclaim" by Avenged Sevenfold
"The Kids Aren't Alright" by The Offspring
"Closer" by Lacuna Coil
"More Human Than Human" and "Black Sunshine" by White Zombie
"Last Resort" by Papa Roach

So yeah, that's the rundown for over the weekend. Seventy-eight songs all together added to my Rock Band 2 list. Now I'm just waiting for my tax return money to come in the mail so I can get more downloadable content.

If you havn't got Pearl Jam yet, I suggest getting it. All songs are awesome.

It'll probably be the next thing I download, along with the Foo Fighters and Stevie Ray Vaughan albums.

Journey - Don't Stop Believing
Pat Benatar - Heartbreaker
Glasvegas - Geraldine
Von Bondies - C'mon C'mon
Spongebob Squarepants - I Can't Keep My Eyes Off of You
Spongebob Squarepants - The Best Day Ever
Spongebob Squarepants - Where's Gary?

Journey = FUCK YES
Pat Benatar = Sweet, even though it's another Guitar Hero repeat
Glasvegas and Von Bondies = Who?
Spongebob Squarepants = What the fuck? Still better then all the other Nickelodeon crap. Because Spongebob is awesome.

If my Xbox has fixed by next week I'll be getting the top 4, Spongebob may be the first DLC I will not be buying. If they was free sure I'd get them but 240 points for that shit.
