It's okay, but it seems to be lacking in personality. Maybe giving him real eyes would change that, right now he looks like he has no soul. Still, not terrible.

For some reason his head reminds me of an onion =p
What I find more screaming about his is the lighting. You have smooth lines clashing with jagged ligthing. It just doesn't add DX

And one other thing I forgot to mention before, make he nose lines thicker. Unlike the ones in the ears that can easily be dismissed, the nose always stands out in the face ;)
