Your theory is flawed in that you assume the lighter brown children will mate with white people, what if they mate with black people? Then, by your theory, black is the dominant colour.

So, neither is dominant, darker colours are just stronger than lighter colours and show up more.

And yes, neither really is dominant. I was assuming that this happens in white mans land (like in Finland) where black immigrants spread AIDS and babies. Eventually the colour turns 100% white.
