I remember an older mac getting 100+ subs. Sure there are some good tracks, but there always good tracks. This mac only got about 30 something subs. Things should go kind of quick...

Anyways, regarding the prize or w/e, feel free to donate it to whatever charity you feel necessary. I'm recently equipped with a buttload of cash I mostly just joined the competition to be part of the NG Community, since I have been very vacant from it for awhile.

I greatly appreciate this prize of sorts, and I hope this post doesn't offend the people who did join this competition for the money. Just I feel right now other people need the money more then me. Plus I don't have Paypal or any of that, so there's not really a course that I see fit for this kind of transfer =D

That's an amazing amount of integrity, I'm really happy to hear something like this actually. They ship prizes over mail and nothing is cash, but in check form, so paypal is not needed. Congrats on winning first.

Regarding the sig-pic, it was a tradition that died out... The very first MAC I remember shitload of users "wore" the sig pic, it had a very important point of spreading the word of the contest among the regulars of these forums. But it didn't take long until we had support of the NG staff, and had Tom pushing the contests on the newsposts, and also presenting the winners.
So the sig-pic tradition have died out, but it'd be cool to have it back, if anoyne is willing to pic up where Metalcan left (he made the sig-pics for the first contests). lewl.

My top ten and the final 10 were two quite different things. I think 3 in my top ten ended up in the top five.
