Does anyone know what prog this is and where I can download it?
3D Studio Max does this. The program has various tools that do this. One cool one is 3D lathe.

If you want it to look like a proper 3d model turning around, no program will be able to do that based on 2 pictures. You'd need to model the thing in 3d yourself.

I don't want it to look like a 3d modle , just like I drew it in flash.

It will still need 3d information if its going to draw it from multiple angles. Nothing is going to do that for you.
I've herd and seen meny people using a prog that does it just by drawing 2 views of an object.

You can do a ton of things with 3ds max. And also Poser. In poser you can take 2 pics of someone's face (front and side) and apply it to a 3D model. It's cool.

You can tween certain views of geometrical objects around each other in flash to make them look 3D if that's what you mean.
Search the flash title "perspective tutorial" and look at some of the tutorials on it. You'll get the idea soon enough if you learn that.
no i've even seen a screen shot of this prog.
A guy drew a stick figure (a stick sketch) in one window and another window the same stick from the side.
the prog animated it rotating in 3d, he used it in his animation and the view rotated around the 2 sticks as they began to fight.
Does anyone have any clue how to use blender?
easyist my ass...
Look, i use blender... i learnt from cartoonsmart. It has 2 whole courses on the blender program and it explains everything :P

Pssh Blender does suck I mean you can't even make awesome 3d images like the ones above...wait a tick.
Blender doesn't suck...you do.
You can't expect a program to do everything for you. Learn to use it before you say it sucks. I'm quite sure if you opened Maya or 3dsMax you'd say the same thing.
Let me guess, it works for you because you can just choose something from the achive and edit it.
"tah,daah" "look what I made"
2 spheres w/ texture added and random renderd crap from the archive.
Have fun buddy, for that's all you really need to do.
I think you might be thinking of swift 3D. Lightwave also does similar things, but its harder to use.

I get it. Just because you don't take the time to learn something no one has. Good philosophy.

If any one has the time to learn the limitations of blender...,
there time would be better spent fucking a dead cat.

Eww, a cat man? And a dead one at that? Come on.
Anyways, this thread is not about who does what with what program, it's about finding the program you want so you can be lazy. I said it once, so I'll say it again, use Google. You won't get anywhere if you keep making yourself look like a jackass here.

I used google, did not find anything.
not so much I'm beeing lazy, I'm not looking for the 3D renderd look.
I'm looking for vector sketch 3D editing.
You know how vector art is made right? It's drawn. No program can create a flawlessly drawn 3D looking vector based picture. It wouldn't work out... How would it know how to carry this hair piece or eye perfectly to this angle? It wouldn't. It can't tell parts apart in vector based drawings, even if you do provide front, sides, and/or back.
However, there are programs that will give you a real looking 3D model. Although, you could trace over the generated 3D model.. In fact, some kid protetion agency's use this method, by taking a picture of a child's face and side of there head to generate a 3D image of the child that they could release to the public. Even then though, it's not really 3D per say, it's just a head shaped object with a texture of a picture over it.

What prog do the creators of "the drinky crow show" use?
I don't know, I just Googled it and it led me to youtube, but that's not even vector... Even if it looks like vector it isn't. There using some sort of 3D animation program.
