My mom was talking about this earlier, but being the person I hardly ever read the newspaper, didn't know anything about.

Kinda funny, I live in Georgia, and I never heard of that where they can't charge a child under 13 for a crime like that. However, the school can take action and expell the students, which would be the best thing to do actually. Since the police won't do anything, at least the principal can at least do some sort of action considering it IS illegal from school code to bring certain types of weapons on grounds.
