what is the best program to use

What is the best program to use for making flash games, music, animations, and realy anything that I could put on this site.

i only have limited experience in making flash movies. I am in a computer animation class at my school and we use toom boom 4. i only know how to use toon boom, garage band, and photoshop cs3. i would like to learn more and know other programs i could use.

Well the best for making Flash animations and games is Adobe Flash.
As for audio, I dunno. I just use Audacity for my audio needs.
Flash CS3 will cost a fair bit though but you can get it for a relatively cheap price if its the student edition.
Audacity is free.

thank you very much! I have all adobe programs, toom boom's, and and was told to use fruity loops 8 for audio and thank you for your help and btw im not a rich kid. i just asked a classmate about audiocity and he said it was a good program thank you for the help.
