Wow, i say this several pages back with no new posts or no one playing with it :( I guss no one is interested in this idea anymore? or no one has the time to find anything old...my archive has alot that i haven't shared yet so over the next few week i will be posting something new every few days to give this a jump start.

idiot-buster, there's no real need to attempt to "revive" this thread... especially if what you're posting are little things that may not be of much / any interest to others.

Frankly, I'm surprised that this thread has as many pages as it does. When I first started it, I intended it to be used to archive more significant things that people would actually remember, such as site designs from special days like april fools, clock day, christmas, etc. I didn't really intend it to be used for posting every TINY piece of the website from years ago that you can simply find on the internet archive with a bit of searching around.

This being said, I'm not trying to discourage you from posting here... but please try to keep in mind what I've just said: if there's something significant worth remembering, then by all means post it... but don't just post every random thing you find, because it just seems a bit needless and spammy.

Yes indeed the for what the idea was i would have never gussed that this thread would reach over 50 pages. I see what you mean, most of the things iv'e posted in the past must fall under this catagory as well. alot of my posts do have interesting storys behind them, this may not be as interesting as some but i believe should be here non the less.

but don't just post every random thing you find, because it just seems a bit needless and spammy.
