Really in my opinion no. Maby 25,000 or 50,000 but anything in between is just another thing that really has no need to be archived. Even at that im going out on a limb, since the fad really started when the general reached 10,000,000 posts. Every million is fince since thats a huge milestone.

That's because you can change the portal layout in your account changes. So, if you think that the old layout was better, you can still use it :)
You just need to change your portal preferences.
