Mods are selected by the Mods. If you meet their requirements, they will do a vote. If you don't meet THEIR requirements, you don't become a mod.
That's about it.
And also, they usually chose people who've been around here for a while... so good luck :(

Why would you want to be a mod anyway? I meanseriously what do you get out of it? I know how much I bitch and moan to mod's when I receive bans and what not and I am a 22 year old bloke, which probably means I should know better, but thats not my point, I can imagine it is 10 times worse from the children round here.
