make the feet go in right directions, add shadows, shading, detail, fingers, aim for realism.

i think you should Re-start the whole idea from scratch
it looks really.....how should i put this.......Crappy.
try making the weapons a little more beliveable. but, depends what are you aiming for..... comic-bookish cartoonish or what

But, i do like your shading(or Gradiants w/e) on weapons.
