Also, I was curious about parts getting rejected. Will judges notify the artists beforehand?

it took me a while but after a few concept versions of snake i settled for a 'family-guy-esque' style as you can see below. ive made a storyboard version using my graphics tablet and flash which I may post up here... or should i maybe just let everyone see the final version?

dont forget to include the acessive stuttering... and the looping animation... (lol) I noticed that when I was watching a few episodes... (Familt Guy Snake Part)

Anyways... no one seems to care that I can voice for those who have crappy voices... I just dont have a good example. (I haven't been voicing very long, nor have I been in any Flash Productions, although I DID work with the Lazer Collab)

I might have to cut the t-rex...

Anyone else take about 4 hours to do 50 frames? This is my first real flash.

(Yeah, I post a lot, but at least I'm not saying "I wish I had flash!" So sue me, I need lots of attention.)

(Yes, I know they look like mutants, but I like them that way.)

Btw, this is gonna kick ass methinks. Damn flash, gave up on that last year. Exams, then college, now more exams = no flash.

well, talking with niref today i had some ideas to make better my part, also i finally played BRAWL... and it sucks, is just a "melee 1.5"

i can officially re-start my work in 3 or 4 days, that gives me at least like 10 days to finish my ideas :s, i hope to do it really fast and good, im tired of the colleges works RAAAAAAAAAW

still didn't get an email back or sumthing :X

heh thanks guys, family guy is one of my main comedic and artistic influences, that and mighty boosh! lol so hopefully ill get somethin that'll make ya laugh. i basically worte in about 10 mins of hearing about this contest! but have only started work on it now lol im sooo lazy, im tryin to do at least 30mins of animation work everyday.

so hopefully it'll be all done for the finish date!

One thing, I haven't posted here yet but I am halfway through a submission but if I win, due to technical difficulties I don't have paypal and that crap so if in the very small chance I win, give it to someone else.

Nice. I don't have ANY flash skills... or art skills for that matter. But I sure do love MGS. Can't wait to see what's new and exciting!

hey so ive made a bit more progress and ive almost finished the first 'scene' of it and ive made a preview for u 2 see. well 2 previews, i made one with footstep sound effects and one without and i was wondering which one you guys preferred.

the second one feels a bit empty without the sound effects but i dunno i think i prefer it... comments?

i like the version 1, but find another footstep sound for the guard when he is running, the footstep when someone is walking is different when is running

Anybody wanna use some of my music in the Metal Gear flash collab? You guys may want to think about it.
