Ok, so in my city there is a little burger and fries fast-food resturant called Troy's. I go there all the time. So last night I was standing in line to order when this retarded dude was infront of me, probably about 18 years old, orders something (suprising!), the waitress gets it all down and then tells him he has change. hes retarded and stupid so he's shaking, making weird noises, all of that. she says " Well lets see if you can balance it on your head!!!" and she places the coins on top of this head. He was still shaking and coins started falling off, and in the midst of his noises you could hear coins clatter on the ground. then he swiped at the girl, hitting her in the face, then ran out.

Sounds like he may of had a possible epileptic fit or maybe he truly was mentally disabled and didn't like the waitress being impatient by placing the coins on his head. That really wasn't the thing to do but neither was him hitting her afterwards. Weird, I guess.
