I dunno. It dpends on how bad it is. If it's just a minor cut, a little slice, then it doesn't matter. I'd tell you myself, but i can't see very well with that picture quality.

Put a thick layer of super glue into the would. Let it dry, and problem solved. :3

people get hurt in the strangest ways. to late to go to the hospital now, as they would have stitched it (it seems but im not entirly sure as your pic is low res and the blood is hiding the actual cut). if it contines to bleed you obv need to go but i suggest just to stop the bleeding and dont use it for a while and it should heal fairly quicky.

I'd recommend cleansing it out with alcohol,and putting a piece of membrane on it,but you can't find one can you? So,cleanse it out with alcohol and put a band-aid.
