I think I'll have to stick to running and stretching, as I am also unable to bike and the swimming pool is full of Samoans that dive off from the roof. The 'Aloha' here means 'ITS ALL GOOD FUN BRADDHA' means these people are also bagging my groceries.

that's some motivation...Also,I saw your recent post,and I have an advice-buy one of those exercise units that are like bikes,but you just cycle on them,you don't go anywhere around the block with them.
