I need someone to answer my question.
I deleted my Recycle Bin and I would like it back. So how do i get it back?

go to "my computer" scroll down to the recycle bin, drag it to desktop

im pretty sure sending your system32 files to the recycling bin will either 1. fix your problem or 2. destroy the universe because that would create a paradox (recycling bin is based in system 32)

What OS are you using?
For Vista: right click on the desktop, then click personalize, once there look to the left pane near the top and click Change Desktop Icons. Choose the recycle bin, then close/OK out.
