All the starters are actually quite good this time around in their 3rd stage, since they all have good typing.

Only downside to Torterra is it needs to learn the Egg Move "seed bomb" or it's boned against strong enough waters, and it definitely REQUIRES stone edge/Rock slide to take care of ice users.

This isn't a "which legendary pokemon is better" thread. A level 80 Palkia could just as easily take out a level 100 Dialga. They are equal as legendaries, you, and others, just need to figure that out.

But in Pearl, you get.... pearls are prettier.

pokemon games are probably the only games that ARE worth the money.
easy 200 hours of gameplay.

I have pearl bcause I like Palkia better than Dialga but it doesn't really matter I completed the dex and have all legendaries any way

I won't deny how long you can spend playing the games, I've done enough over the years. Just the fact that the Pokemon games feel all the same to me now, with the exception of new pokemon and new faces, means I know that I'm wasting my own time on them now.

And yet the community grows, few grow out of it because they want to see the new people, fight the new gyms, get their asses kicked on Wifi and yell at the world.

Well I got Pearl a 2 days ago and it's pretty fun. I'm already at the Pokemon league. I chose the water pokemon because it's the one that looked best. I might also get Wi-Fi tomorrow so if any of you wanna play me or something, tell me.

Same thing, just more pokemon and some shit off-spring of Team Rocket.

Diamond is better and don't bring it on field trips cause I lost my DS on a field trip with Diamond and Fire Emblem in it which were 2 of my favorite games. On the brite side I got a PSP as a replacement.
