Ocarina Of Time Watertemple To Hard

Who else agrees that the water Temple in the legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time is to hard.

How long did it take you to beat?

Did you use a guide?

Wouldnt you agree that it is by very far the hardest temple in Ocarina of Time

For me when i did it without a guide or anything for the first time by myself it took me probley a year beacuse i just got sick of it and stopped and then i would start back but total play time about 10 hours

The thing i couldnt figure out was that when you rose the water level there was a secret underneath a thing that rose with the water level

Well at least now i think i could do it again without even trying cus i will rember it

Its probly been a few months since I've played it (D/l'ed for the wii) and I don't remember it being all that hard.

It was several years ago and it took me a couple of hours. The boss fights were really the only things I had problems with(and even then not too much trouble).

There's a glitch or something in water temple regarding the small keys and where you use them

I forget what happened but I used a small key in the wrong spot and it made it impossible to get any more keys and I couldn't complete the temple, in fact, I had to make a new file :(

I did the same exact thing when I originally got to that temple. Eventually I was stuck for so long and my adamant refusal to ever use guides is so strong that I just gave up. A few years later I restarted the game from the very begninning and when I got back to the water temple I beat it without too much trouble. I couldn't remember exactly what had me stumped, but I think I just overlooked one hookshot target that was somewhat obscured beneath a ledge.

In any case the only trouble on my trip through was Dark Link. That dirty motherfucker put up a mean fight.

I never finished the forest temple, the place scared the fuck outta me.

This was also the case earlier when I returned my cope of Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening in exchange for Tetris Attack.

I never found the water temple hard, even when I first played OoT. Annoying yes, hard no.

i thought that too but there is not a real glitch but there are places were you can use a key to make the temple a hell of alot more easy

Dark Link is actually very easy if you beat him quick if you wait a long time and mess around with him to much he can become impossable

be shure you beat him quick use the hammer and he wont even make you worry

Holy shit. My friend told me that and I got so scared. The whole time I was going through the temple I thought I was going to end up one key short...

Yeah, I bought the strategy guide after countless hours of trying to figure out what to do. I read through the water temple part and then I was like "shit... >:(!!!"

Hmm...from what I remember when playing that temple (long ago), is that it was very long and boring and hard to figure out what to do or where to go. However, I loved the longer Hookshot, and I never understood the boss.

If any of you have played through the OoT master quest, you'd find that the master water temple is actually easier than the original...or at least I thought it was.

The master spirit temple was really really messed up....I was pretty much like "wtf" the entire time

The only part that made it hard was the radial symmetry. Everything looked the same so I'd go into the same door three times in a row. The minimap is your friend.

i haven't played that game in years, but what i do remember is that temple being so hard that i actually started a new file to start over, just so that i could get a fresh start and kind of get a new look on things you know? also because i thought that i had messed up on something and that i couldn't fix it (i thought that it was literally impossible to finish the temple after that point) it might have just been me being young and stupid. but that level was hard. by the way, anybody remember what weapon you get from that dungeon?
