What time do you go to sleep?

I go to sleep around midnight or a little before, but most people I know stay up way later than that. Well the ones that are not in college.

Yesterday I went to sleep at 1:30 and woke up at noon, literally.

I usually sleep at 10:30 if I have school the next day, if there is no school, 12-1.

10:30 to 11 which is a huge difference from when i was sleeping at 9:00.I actually extended my bedtime to get work done get more out of the night.

I go to sleep at around 11:30 PM. I have a friend in college, however, who goes sleep at 4 A.M. Though he goes to college at night turn.

I go to bed exactly at 2:00 in the morning and I woke up at noon. Sometimes if I'm tired due to excessive videogaming I sleep for 12 hours and everytime I woke up my head hurts. or headache.

Right now my head hurts. How would I avoid this thing?

Mostly don't go to bed till around 11:30 to 12.00AM.

On weekends, mostly around 1AM. I'm not much of nocturnal person. Especially on Fridays. I'v been up since 6:45AM so yeah. I'm gonna be pretty fucking tired around midnight.

Midnight is my time. I work as a firefighter and can't stand being awakened between 9 and 12 if I'm already asleep. For some reason waking between those hours is very difficult. So, after midnight, if we don't get a call... all is well and I'm getting 6.5 to 7hrs, and if we do go out... oh well.

On a school night I stay up until about 12-1-2 sometimes 3AM if I'm busy. Weekends it depends if I'm with friends probably 6-7 a.m. , if I'm by myself I stay up until its over. If it's summer vacation all I do is sleep pretty much 24/7.
